Working together is the bedrock of everything Stanley & Co. does, both in house, and with our clients. Between us we have all the experience of a full-service agency, but with a personal touch. We want to build brands that connect with their audience in a simple and human way. We’ve grown relationships and connections over the years through good karma, not corporate networking, and as a result we can bring videographers, animators, photographers, copywriters, the lot, into your projects.
There is strength in numbers, and collaboration can have a much deeper impact than just driving financial profit. It can traverse whole sectors, different technologies, ways of working, motives and outcomes; all coming together to enrich everyday life for ordinary people, in ways they didn’t think possible.
Take, for example, the Head of IT at Rolls Royce, who having lost his father to Motor-Neurone Disease (MND), was inspired to task his team with a challenge - making this cruel condition ‘something you can live with, not die from’. Together with the Motor-Neurone Disease Association (MDNA), Rolls Royce worked in partnership with Intel and Dell to create a truly life-changing piece of technology, allowing people living with MND to ‘bank’ their voices using iwillalwaysbeme.com.
The huge increase in ‘voice-banking’ can be directly attributed to this award-winning collaboration (Cannes Lions, if you were wondering…), which makes the product both easy to use, and widely available. This is the type of project that fuels and inspires us here at Stanley & Co. It speaks directly to one of our core tenets; positive change to people’s everyday lives can grow directly from partnerships, drawing on many and varied expertise, one innovation at a time.

We each have a decade and a half of creative and strategic branding experience. The three of us (Nikki, Jane and Michael - hello!) have worked together for 15 years. But it feels odd to reduce it merely to ‘colleagues’. Ultimately, we’re friends. We know each other's experience inside out - our collective skills perfectly complement one another, and that’s what makes us such an effective and unique team. We’ve supported each other personally and professionally over the years, and as a result, tackled some wild briefs and delivered excellent responses every time.
